Overview
Luxury villa with private swimming pool situated in the vicinity of Trecastagni, a village on the slopes of Mount Etna, 20 km away from Catania. It enjoys a privileged position: the surrounding area has a wealth of historical attractions and culinary delights to offer for those who like to discover and experience the authentic local traditions and flavours of this unique volcanic land. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the Etna Park with its impressive natural scenery and the Wine Road, but also the charming, beautiful towns of the south-eastern side of Sicily, such as Taormina, Catania, Noto and Syracuse. This beautiful dwelling offers guests refined, elegant rooms fitted out for perfect comfort with the very best materials, fittings and furnishings, such as parquet flooring and rich fabrics. Viagrande features a modern split level ground floor arrangement. On the ground floor is a spacious entrance, a dining room and a fully equipped masonry kitchen. From the entrance, a staircase leads to the lower ground floor with three wonderful bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a passing room with a sofa bed and a large living room with TV and small bar. Its tastefully furnished, cosy rooms are complemented by an exclusive, air conditioned, well equipped gym room with bathroom with shower, a covered terrace with table tennis and table football, a wide garden with lawn and bbq area and a beautiful pool with sun-terrace - making it the perfect spot to relax and spend many happy hours.

What a fantastic villa which was for more than we could even image. Thank you for allowing us to stay for 2 idyllic weeks with such a brilliantly equipped home from the fruitfull garden, the gym (which didn’t see as much action as it deserved!) beautiful pool, fabulous bbq, and beautiful cool rooms. From the hammock to the gym, and everything which lies in between, we have loved this villa. We found it extremely well equipped, spacious and utterly relaxing. From day 1 we felt at home here and we are sad to leave. The highlights of our trip included trekking to the summit of Mount Etna with Aitne Tours, a simple but delicious lunch at Il Giardino in Nicolosi, a day trip to Taormina, superb granita at Caffè Cipriani in Acireale and of course panificio Delizie di grano and icecream from Bar sport in Tracastagni – both of which became regular haunts.
