Overview
Villa Domizia is a splendid villa with pool situated between Eraclea Minoa and the nature reserve of Torre Salsa, 35 km north of Agrigento. This recently-built villa overlooks its exclusive swimming pool with whirlpool and its spacious, panoramic terraces, offering pleasant views over the surrounding area and sea, which is only three kilometres away. Spread over two floors, connected by an external staircase, the welcoming, bright interiors of the house include on the ground floor a living area with fireplace, kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living area with kitchenette and a lovely, sunny terrace. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, satellite receiver, 2 dishwashers, washing machine and bbq. Set in the heart of an area of high cultural, natural value, Villa Domizia is an excellent base for exploring the most beautiful places of the southern side of Sicily. The property is close to the nature reserves of Torre Salsa and Foce del Fiume Platani, to the sandy beaches of Bovo Marina and Eraclea Minoa, and not too far from the cliffs of the Scala dei Turchi, from Agrigento’s Valley of the Temples, from Sciacca and Selinunte.

Villa di montagna molto tranquilla con una vista fantastica. La villa divisa in due con un piano superiore, raggiungibile con una scala esterna, offre un'atmosfera estremamente tranquilla. Affinché non ci si annoi, il gatto domestico giocoso è in viaggio 24 ore su 24. Prenoterei di nuovo l'alloggio in caso di una nuova visita della Sicilia a causa della posizione in montagna.

Grazie, ci siamo divertiti molto e ci siamo davvero rilassati. La villa è ben attrezzata, vista incantevole, diverse zone nelle aree esterne e una grande piscina. Questo era un posto perfetto per due famiglie. A breve distanza in auto dalla spiaggia con i ristoranti.

Superbe maison, superbes paysages associant le luxe et la sauvagerie des lieux. Contrairement à les mois de mars le temps a été plus qu'au rendez-vous et à la limite du suportable = 42°. Villa spektakular, schon, ruhig und sehr grob, mit sehr luxuriösem Stil und Einrichtung. Wir hätten nie gedacht, dass wir so eine Villa finden würden. Der Gipfel des Berges bietet definitiv die schönste Aussicht. Auch der Besitzer Anthony ist fantastisch und immer verfugbar. Er gab uns viele Anweinsungen fur das Haus und die Mogliechen ausfluge. Antonio et Domizia ont été des hôtes merveilleux, ils nous ont traités comme des rois, nous ont comblés de soins et nous avons été ravis. Villa Domizia is a great place. Fantastic see view. Very quiet so a car is recommended. The pool is very big and we loved it, especially by night due to the lights.
