Overview
Ulivo is a splendid Mediterranean style villa situated just a few steps from the sea in San Lorenzo, a popular seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a well tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, cosy house has a small swimming pool. Recently built, the villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind that include a living/dining room with kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa comes also with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and external shower. The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the close Vendicari nature reserve, but also from Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.

Casa vacanza da sogno. Design contemporaneo e di ottimo gusto. Arredi lussuosi e confort totale sia all’interno che all’esterno. Villa pulita, ubicata perfettamente, privacy e mare meraviglioso a due passi. Accoglienza, cortesia, disponibilità, nulla è lasciato al caso. Vegetazione meravigliosa, letti comodissimi, stoviglie nuove. Non è mancato nulla! Complimenti veramente!!!
