Overview
Dimora Spinazzella is an exclusive residence with swimming pool, located near Donnalucata in the province of Ragusa. At just over a kilometre from the splendid beach of Playa Grande, Dimora Spinazzella is surrounded by a wonderful garden with lawn, aromatic and ornamental plants, stunning private pool plus spacious and well-equipped terraces, all perfect for enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors. The recently-renovated residence has retained its original architectural characteristics, consisting of a main building and an annex. The main body encompasses a living room, kitchen, double bedroom with shower, double/twin bedroom on the mezzanine level, along with a bathroom with shower. Also in the main body, but with access from the outside, are another double bedroom with bathroom-shower plus a suite that includes a living area with kitchenette and a double/twin bedroom with bathroom-shower. The outbuilding has a fifth double bedroom with en-suite/shower and a living room with kitchenette. All beds are king size (180/90x200 cm). These comfortable rooms are equipped with all modern amenities, counting air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, 3 refrigerators, 3 espresso machines, barbecue, outdoor shower and private parking. All rooms are air-conditioned. In the surroundings are the charming baroque towns of Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla, as well as the characteristic fishing villages of Donnalucata and Marina di Ragusa, while further north are Marzamemi, Noto and Syracuse.
