Insurance coverage included
Book your holiday with complete security and peace of mind. We take care of you and your travelling companions, offering you a wide range of insurance coverage included in the price.
The main insurance covers are summarized below, and for the full conditions, please refer to the full text of the policy.
In order to activate the policy for all participants in your holiday, you must provide us with the names of your travel companions within 24 hours of confirming your booking. For this purpose, we will send you a form to fill in by e-mail (at the same time as the booking confirmation).
All of the names you provide on the form will be considered as "Insured" for the purposes of the policy.
Failure to complete the form within 24 hours of receipt will invalidate the policy.
Cancellation of stay
The final price of the rental includes a Policy for the cancellation of your stay, up to the limits indicated in the insurance conditions. Our insurance company will compensate you for the penalty charge in cases where the cancellation results from circumstances that were unforeseeable at the time of booking and can be objectively documented.
These circumstances include inability to stay due to infection with Covid-19.
In addition to reimbursing you as an Insured Person, our insurance company will reimburse 2 of your travelling companions, provided that they are also insured and registered for the same booking.
Compensation will be paid after deducting the following excess:
- 20% to be calculated on the penalty applied with a minimum of €50.00 per procedure in cases where the penalty is equal to or greater than 80%;
- 15% to be calculated on the penalty applied with a minimum of €50.00 per procedure for all other cases.
Within the limit of the limits for each insured person, indicated in the insurance conditions, verified and documented medical expenses incurred by the Insured Person during the stay for urgent, unforeseeable and unpostponable treatment or operations will be reimbursed.
Per diem following to Covid-19 infection
In the event of Covid-19 infection diagnosed in Italy and during the period of stay, our insurance company will grant a lump-sum allowance per day of hospitalization of 100.00 euros for a maximum of 10 days.
Interruption of the stay due to quarantine
If, as a result of a home isolation measure ordered by the quarantine Authorities, you are unable to use your booked stay, our insurance company will reimburse the following:
- the penalties charged for the booked but unused stay, up to a limit of €1,500.00 per Insured Person;
- any hotel or accommodation expenses incurred by the Insured Person for the period of quarantine up to the limit of € 100.00 per day for a maximum of 10 days, if this quarantine cannot take place at the Insured Person's domicile.
The policy we offer you and your travelling companions also includes other insurance coverages, such as: baggage; home assistance for family members at home; home assistance and repetition of stay.

What to do in the event of a claim
It is your obligation to report a claim by one of the following means:
- Via the Internet (on the website www.nobis.it "On-Line Reporting" section) by following the relevant instructions.
