Villa Capo Passero is a modern, linear, energy efficient building, built with natural materials according to traditional and local architectural styles. Refined, elegant and blending perfectly with the natural marine surroundings, the property, made of white stone from Ispica, includes the main house and an annexe apartment with an independent entrance. The welcoming, well-organised interior boasts a contemporary elegant style with great attention paid to detail, particularly regarding the materials and finishes. An eclectic collection of objects from all over the world and paintings by young Sicilian artists reveal the personal tastes and personality of the owner, an established architect who saw to the restyling of the property himself. Outside, its wonderful and well-equipped terraces and swimming pool - framed by a garden of natural and indigenous plants - offer magnificent views over the island of Capo Passero and the sea which, with its history of Phoenician, Greek and Roman fleets, cannot but continue to enchant, especially at dusk when sea and sky turn to red. The nearest access to the sea is 300 metres away from the villa. Ideal for families or groups of friends looking for that dream holiday in luxury and comfort, Villa Capo Passero is the perfect place to relax after a day on one of the area’s beautiful beaches, such as those at the Isola delle Correnti and Carratois, or after a visit to the evocative baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla.

la villa, la posizione e l'arredo sono state di nostro gradimento. vista meravigliosa. l'unico appunto che dobbiamo fare e' che la casa non era ben attrezzata a livello di piatti/pentole e bicchieri e varie..., soprattutto per ospitare 10 persone.

Paradise! We had a wonderful stay. The house was fantastic, beautiful view, Salvatore welcomed us greatly, warmly and with some Sicilian sweets. The view and sounds of the sea at the terrace is just not from this world. Hope to return soon!

Ho amato questa casa e questo luogo da subito. L'ho sentito così familiare e così magico. Mi ha permesso di sentirmi in vacanza come ancora quest'anno non avevo provato. E così anche forse la stessa magia e la stessa serenità l'ho sentita con i miei più intimi amici.

Una barca in mezzo al mare: villa fantastica a picco sul mare. Un silenzio infinito interrotto dalle onde del mare, una vista mozzafiato, i profumi, i colori, i gabbiani: tutto fantastico!
