Overview

Domus Olivae is a prestigious residence with a private pool situated in a quiet and sunny location in the countryside around Chiaramonte Gulfi, in the heart of Baroque Sicily. A compact dirt road adorned by an endless expanse of olive trees crosses the estate and leads to the ancient and evocative mansion dating back to the early 19ᵗʰ century. The recently-restyled complex overlooks a beautiful garden with a large private swimming pool (5x25 metres) and spacious terraces, ideal for enjoying moments of serene relaxation out in the open air. Of particular charm and beauty is the internal baglio, with the central courtyard paved with local stone basalt. On the ground floor of the main house is a spacious and elegant living area comprising several large rooms, a professional kitchen, a service bathroom and three super-comfortable suites with beds measuring 100 or 200x200 centimetres, plus walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with bathtub and/or shower. On the upper floor is the master suite with a 200x200 centimetre bed, two bathrooms and panoramic balcony. The fifth and sixth rooms (with beds measuring 100 or 200x200 centimetres) are accessed from the inner courtyard and have a private bathroom with shower plus a patio. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, minibar and kettle.
