Dimora Bufalefi is a spacious and comfortable country residence with private pool located in a quiet and sunny position in the surrounds of Noto. On a beautiful farm growing organic olive, almond and lemon trees, the villa boasts a splendid swimming pool (5x12 metres) with 2 bathrooms with shower plus spacious and well-equipped terraces overlooking the countryside. Ideal spaces for relaxing or enjoying breakfast and lunch al fresco. Recently renovated, the complex can accommodate a total of 14 guests and consists of a central space with large living area with kitchen along with 3 independent apartments, also with kitchen. The nearby outbuilding, also suitable for disabled guests, includes a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The residence then has heating and air-conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, 8 Smart TVs, a washing machine, 2 dishwashers, 3 electric ovens, a microwave, 5 espresso machines, an American coffee machine, 5 refrigerators, 3 air fryers, a BBQ and private parking. Perfect for a large family or group of friends, Dimora Bufalefi is even an excellent starting point for reaching the evocative baroque towns of Val di Noto, the characteristic seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sicily, all within just a few kilometres.

MANDORLO HOUSE (2 sleeps) Ground Floor: Kitchen-dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace. First Floor: 1 double bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) with en-suite shower. ARANCIO HOUSE (4 sleeps) First Floor: Kitchen-dining room, 1 double bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) with en-suite shower, 1 double/twin bedroom (bed 160/80 x 200 cm), 1 bathroom with shower, small terrace. CASA ULIVO (4 sleeps - accessible) Ground floor: kitchen-dining room, 1 double bedroom (bed 160x200 cm), 1 twin/double bedroom (bed 80/160x200 cm), 1 bathroom with shower, patio with pergola.

Dear Bufalefi family, our two-week holiday in southern Sicily at Dimora Bufalefi has been truly wonderful. We were a group from Denmark - four parents, two daughters, two sons and two daughters in law, in age from 23 to 67 - and we thoroughly enjoyed the many lovely facilities the property has to offer: comfortable, well-appointed rooms, a well-functioning kitchen, a fantastic pool, the grilling/barbecue area, a ping pong table and access to the estate's own herbs, vegetables and lemons. We especially appreciated the warmth and helpfulness the owner family showed us throughout our stay, as well as the wonderful recommendations you gave us for sights and places to visit in the local area. Your thoughtfulness was apparent in every detail of the villa. The beds were extremely comfortable & gave such a relaxing sleep. The pool was my favorite spot on the whole property (although I never did get to see a hedgehog!) It was such a pleasure meeting you all, & an honor to be your first guests.
