ColleVerde is a modern villa with swimming pool situated in the south-east of Sicily, not far from Noto. Immersed in greenery, but only a few minutes' drive from the sea, this property is ideal for relaxing holidays for families or couples alike and is also an excellent base to visit the baroque towns of the Noto Valley and wonderful sandy beaches, such as the ones at Vendicari, San Lorenzo and Santa Maria del Focallo. Set in a lovely rural setting, framed by olive and carob trees and dry stone walls, ColleVerde offers a large garden, a beautiful private pool and a terrace equipped for al fresco dining. Spread over one level, its cosy and comfortable interiors include a bright living area with a sofa, a dining table, a kitchen and a small bathroom, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with tub, and two double bedrooms with en-suite shower. The villa comes also with Wi-Fi, satellite receiver, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned.
