Overview
Villa Ariel is a beautiful beach villa situated a few kilometres away from the characteristic fishing village of Donnalucata. Overlooking a small garden with lawn, the villa has direct access to a lovely beach of fine sand. Spread over two levels, the functional interior of the villa includes on the ground floor a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. An external spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where are another kitchen, two further bedrooms and a bathroom. On this level is also the beautiful sun terrace offering delightful sea views. This tastefully furnished property comes with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, two TVs and two washing machines. Villa Ariel is also a perfect base for visiting the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, but also Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.

Fase di prenotazione e assistenza ottime, la posizione della villa è fantastica,sul mare che è bellissimo.... peccato x l'arredamento della casa che necessita di un po' di accortezze e di essere sistemato ( arredamento esterni,rubinetteria, accessori, lavatrice ecc).....
