Terra di Bertolino is a beautiful residence with private pool located on the south-western slopes of Sicily, near Menfi. Harmoniously set in the surrounding characteristic rural landscape, the property offers an enchanting view of the countryside and the sea, to be savoured in utter relaxation from the scenic salt-water swimming pool, the well-tended garden or the spacious and well-equipped terraces. Terra di Bertolino is a contemporary dwelling designed and built for elevated comfort. Its cosy interiors, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, are split over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a lounge room equipped with TV and fireplace, a dining area, kitchen and a service bathroom. On the upper floor are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite with shower and bathtub, as well as a double bedroom with en-suite with shower. On the other side of the villa, an external staircase leads to the upper level where the 4ᵗʰ and 5ᵗʰ bedrooms are located, likewise with bathroom with shower plus a terrace. These comfortable rooms all have A/C, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, an espresso/American coffee machine, an ice machine, barbecue area, outdoor shower and private parking. Terra di Bertolino’s strategic location allows you to reach the beautiful Lido Fiori beach and the village of Menfi with all kinds of services, reachable in just a few minutes by car. Sciacca and Agrigento, Selinunte, the Cave di Cusa, Mazara del Vallo, Marsala and Trapani can be reached too in no time at all.
