The Vendicari nature reserve, best loved for its beautiful sea and glorious sandy beaches preserved in their natural state, can only be reached on foot from one of the four entrances to the reserve: the beaches of Eloro and Marianelli, to the north, the bay of Calamosche, between two rocky promontories, the beach of Vendicari, the main entrance to the reserve, and San Lorenzo to the south.
