Surrounded by spacious terraces and a well-kept, lush, Mediterranean style garden, the villa boasts a lovely saltwater swimming pool, which is the ideal spot for relaxing in the hot summer sun. All on one level, the comfortable interiors of the villa include a bright living room, a kitchen, two cosy double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, sat-TV, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, bbq and private parking. The location of Villa Mia is convenient to visit the close Vendicari’s nature reserve and the village of Marzamemi. Only a short drive away are the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli and Syracuse, but also Catania, Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.
