Overview
Just 20 km from Taormina, amongst citrus gardens descending towards the sea, nestles Tenuta della Contea, a luxury villa with pool between Mount Etna and the sea. Surrounded by large gardens, this prestigious property overlooks wonderful natural surroundings and enjoys magnificent views towards the cost between Taormina and Acitrezza and the volcano Etna. An oasis of tranquillity with its spacious terraces and infinity saltwater pool. Recently renovated with great attention to detail, the villa is a perfect blend of ancient and modern. A minimalist interior design style, a tasteful mixture of contemporary and family furniture, fine fabrics and art objects lend a unique character to the property, which spreads over three levels. A comfortable external staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with fireplace, en-suite shower and Turkish bath. On the second floor is the second double bedroom with bathroom. While the ground floor includes three bedrooms with en-suite showers and a suite with double bed, sofa bed and en-suite shower. The six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are equipped with minibar, kettle and safe. All rooms are air conditioned (air con and heating units). Moreover, the villa is equipped with wi-fi, sat TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iPod docking station, espresso coffee machine, bbq and small wine cellar with a selection of Sicilian wines. The villa offers also a wide range of exclusive services available on demand: from transfer service to car and boat rental, from guided tours to personal concierge, from welcome buffet to breakfast service, to cook service. Tenuta della Contea is also an excellent starting point to explore the Etna Park with its impressive natural scenery, the popular coastal resorts of Giardini Naxos, Taormina, Aci Trezza, Aci Castello and the charming baroque towns of Catania, Syracuse and Noto.

This place is truly enchanting! We had the most wonderful days here, creating memories that will stay in our hearts forever. Our children loved the infinite pool, the expansive garden, and the lemon trees surrounding the property. The house is stunning, adorned with the finest furniture and appliances. Demain nous quitterons avec regrets ce magnifique domaine où nous avons vécu une semaine de rêve, en famille avec nos enfantés et petits-enfantés. Une maison accueillante et pleine de charme, une vue à couper le souffle, un jardin splendide, un espace piscine digne des villas romaines, et puis la Sicile avec son charme et son caractère! Nous venons de passer un séjour de rêve en famille dans cette somptueuse propriété. La vue est époustouflante entre l'Etna d'un côté et la mer de l'autre, la piscine est juste incroyable, le jardin et le parc entretenu à la perfection, vous jouissez d'un calme et d'une sérénité sans égal. La villa vient d'être rénovée avec un gout parfait mixant l'ancien et le moderne , tout est beau , de qualité, du sol au plafond tout est parfait en passant par la vaisselle , le linge, le mobilier.... Nous avons été reçus comme des rois, beaucoup de petites attentions , des fruits, des boissons et un petit déjeuner étaient prévus , des sets de gel douche&shampoing dans chaque salle de bain et j'en oublie... La propriété était d'une propreté parfaite. Maurizio qui nous a accueilli et accompagné tout au long de notre séjour et d'une gentillesse extrême et très à l'écoute de nos moindres demandes. L' Agence Casa in Sicilia a été parfaite , personnel très réactif ,à l'écoute , je recommande vivement.
