Casi o Cantu is a restored barn complex converted into a stylish, cosy, private residence. Framed by olive, carob trees and white stone walls, the villa offers a beautiful infinity pool, large, well-equipped terraces and a well-tended garden with lawn. The interior features a refined design and a perfect blend of modern and traditional elements. The property is all on one level and consists of a main house comprising three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an open floor plan living area with large living room, dining area and kitchen. Whilst the close annex houses two further bedrooms (the small bedroom is accessed via the larger one) with shared bathroom. The villa is also equipped with computer work station with internet Wi-Fi, fireplace, underfloor heating and air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and safe. From the villa can be easily reached the baroque towns of the Noto Valley and the beautiful beaches of Donnalucata, Sampieri and Marina di Ragusa.

ANNEX (accessed from outside): 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 bedroom with a French bed (accessed from the double bedroom).
