Dimore Anny is a beautiful property, divided into four delightful apartments, just a few steps away from San Lorenzo’s beach, close to Marzamemi. Recently restored, these cosy apartments have their own independent entrance, parking space and private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture. The comfortable, well-proportioned interiors come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sat-TV, washing machine, electric oven and bbq. The apartment Fillide is on the first floor and includes a living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is outside), terrace and small garden area. Ideal spot for relaxing beach holidays, the property is also an excellent base for excursions. The close Vendicari nature reserve, the characteristic villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse are all a short drive away.

Il posto ideale per iniziare un viaggio in Sicilia. Case e ville molto ben curate, arredi accattivanti e decorazioni di gusto. San Lorenzo è semplicemente bello. Puoi raggiungere il mare a piedi in pochi minuti e la spiaggia è di sabbia fine. Posizione centrale per escursioni in piccole città o punti turistici come Siracusa e Taormina. Lode speciale a Rosanna, dedita e sempre pronta ad aiutare.
