A beautiful sea-front villa set just a stone’s throw away from the wide sandy beach of Marina di Modica, a well-known seaside resort on Sicily’s south coast. In the vicinity can easily be visited many of the Val di Noto's charming baroque towns such as Scicli, Ragusa-Ibla, Noto and Siracusa, beautiful coastal villages such as Sampieri, Pozzallo and Marzamemi as well as some of the island's greatest natural beauties, such as Capo Passero and the Vendicari nature reserve. The villa, surrounded by its well-kept garden with lawn, has a unique architecture and wide, equipped terraces from where can be enjoyed a lovely view of the light blue sea. Its cosy interiors, that open onto the terraces, are furnished with care and have all mod cons (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue, external shower). Tastefully decorated in a cool white and the blue colour of paintings and tiles, the modern living room with fireplace, the equipped kitchen and the three comfortable bedrooms feature straightforward furnishings and a sober style. Villa Lidia is a house designed with outside living in mind and is perfect for a family with children who want to experience a relaxing holiday, breathing the fresh sea air.

Beautiful spot in a charming seaside village. The location of the property is perfect, right on the beach and town centre but still quiet and private. The gardens and outdoor areas are really lovely and well set up. The indoor of the house is simple and could do with some refreshing/updating, but it\'s perfectly adequate. It is pretty much as it appears in the photos. Marina di Modica is a great base to explore many nearby spots, including Ragusa, Modica and Syracuse. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.

Чудесная просторная вилла прямо на берегу моря! Уютный, очень домашний интерьер (ни намека на «холодную казенщину»). Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха: телевизор с плоским экраном, посудомоечная машина, прачечная, отдельная душевая снаружи, красивый сад. С небольшой площадки на крыше здорово любоваться морем, закатом, ночным небом и… серферами. Когда 30 ярких парусов стремительно разрезают волны - это незабываемое зрелище! Мы просто влюбились в этот дом! Марина-ди-Модика – замечательное место для семейного отдыха. Огромный песчаный пляж с пологим входом в море. В июне здесь было тихо и малолюдно. Местные жители – очень веселые, добрые и гостеприимные люди. На Сицилии нам понравилось все: люди, еда (особенно морепродукты), пляжи, древнегреческие храмы, барочные и средневековые города, природные заповедники… Отпуск прошел замечательно, и в этом огромная заслуга diCasainSicilia и нашего любимого менеджера Алены.
